Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund if the product is broken or damaged before we send it out. 

Items Lost in Transit

Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 25 business days, you can contact us, and we will gladly send out a replacement order or issue a full refund.

We will provide a full refund if:

- The product is lost and the delivery status on track is not “delivered”;
- The tracking number of the product is invalid to check the delivery status;

We don’t refund when:

- The parcel is not delivered due to the wrong address or phone number given in the orders.
- The parcel is not delivered due to the local post office failing to contact the recipient. 


We accept returns for refunds. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return the product within 60 days after receiving it. To do so, kindly get in touch with us here.

 Lost or Stolen Packages is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Delicata will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
